From commercial kitchens to architectural sculptures, Al Anan transforms raw stainless steel into functional art. Our workshop features Italian polishing systems, English wheel formers, and TIG welding stations that handle 304/316L grades for corrosion-resistant solutions in UAE’s coastal environment.
We combine traditional craftsmanship with digital templating to execute complex curvatures and seamless joins. All products undergo passivation treatment and electropolishing to enhance chromium oxide layers – doubling lifespan in high-salinity conditions.
For complex curves, we combine CNC pressing with manual English wheel forming, achieving radii down to 15mm without stretch marks.
TIG welding with back-purging creates oxidation-free seams, followed by mechanical brushing to maintain directional grain patterns.
All products undergo passivation in citric acid baths to restore chromium oxide layers. Optional electropolishing achieves Ra 0.1μm surfaces that resist salt deposits.
We certify to ASTM A967 for 1,000-hour neutral salt spray performance - triple the lifespan of standard finishes.
Food-contact surfaces feature continuous welds with 0.8mm radius blends, eliminating bacterial traps. All corners meet 3A sanitary standards.
Drainage slopes are laser-verified to 1.5° minimum pitch, with integral condensate channels in horizontal surfaces.
